Garry Latcham- Maintenance Supervisor

Career before becoming Maintenance Supervisor:

Before Primex I worked for over 26 years in production and maintenance for an injection moulding company, I joined Primex in May 2023 and in December 2023 I became maintenance supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

In my role I have a small team of maintenance technicians and between us we attend to breakdowns, complete improvements and we are also involved in projects along side the project engineer. We liaise with production and try and make things better for everyone, I always push for us all to work as a team no matter what department we are involved with and always try to make things positive.

An interesting fact about Garry:

I enjoy the countryside and the pursuits it offers; I also enjoy writing both articles and poetry and I have had many published in magazines and one poem was shared on a conservationists Facebook page and it was shared around the world.
