Talc or calcium modified grades are available for dimensional stability and HDT critical applications. In the past Polypropylene was viewed as difficult to form but Primex's Prime 3000 grades are modified with the user in mind to ensure they are able to be used for both shallow and deep draw thermoforming as well as folding, welding and machining. Primex has a PRIME grade suitable for your application.
