Before and after your order we’re working hard for you and your needs. From the offset Primex works with you to best work out your material needs for the end application, and subject to MOQ can even custom engineer a material for you. Taking time to understand your requirements ensures you feel confident in the products you can then sell onto your customers. This includes running tests of our suppliers’ materials to ensure they will be the correct end product for you.

Furthermore, our service does not stop once you have received the order. Our quality team is there for you at each stage to ensure our product is at a quality we’re proud to produce, for example we can offer help during the thermoforming process to help you maximise the results from our product, utilising our expert knowledge.

Our markedly low reject rate is a testament to how the care taken during planning and production process pays off in the end product; and with the vast majority of production being through repeat customers it highlights the relationship we develop with our customers.
