Max Coates said, “I am delighted that Primex Plastics and PLASgran Recycling have renewed their sponsorship contracts for 2017. We enjoyed a brilliant first season in the championship and the experience gained last year means we are aiming for the championship this year. Both Primex Plastics and PLASgran Recycling were major parts of my 2016 season and we enjoyed a lot of success together. This year, alongside new partners Harron Homes, I am aiming to win the championship.”
Both Primex Plastics and PLASgran Recycling are enjoying a successful business relationship as a result of the motorsport partnership. Alan Pollitt, Primex Plastics Limited Business Manager, said, “We are delighted to be partnering with Max again in 2017, he had a fantastic season last year and delivered both on and off the track. We are right behind his goals to win the championship. Primex Plastics has certainly improved its company profile, built important partnerships with suppliers and provided an excellent platform to host customers and employees during the race weekends, we hope to continue that in 2017.”
Mark Roberts, PLASgran Recycling Limited Managing Director, said, “We are pleased to be able to support a talented young driver. The opportunity to be able to take customers and employees to races offer networking and team building opportunities and the regular news updates provide a rich vein of news for our social media and website. We wish Max the best of luck for the 2017 season and hope we can celebrate a championship victory at the end of the year.”
Max and the team will begin a testing programme with the UK Clio Cup’s new Michelin tyre in preparation for the 2017 season which will start at Brands Hatch on 1st and 2nd April 2017.
